Delivery
Orders are normally despatched within two days of receipt of order.
UK orders are despatched by 1st Class Post
Europe and the Rest of the World orders are despatched by Air Mail

Postage & Package Charges
Postage & Package is charged at the following rates:-

i) UK £2.75
ii) Europe £3.00
iii) Rest of the World £3.50

Claims
Non-receipt of an order must be notified within seven days of an order being placed for UK deliveries
and within ten days for deliveries outside the UK.
Damaged goods must be notified immediately upon receipt.

Returns & Refunds
We do not operate on a sale or return basis.
We are unable to make refunds or exchange products once dispatched

VAT
VAT is not applicable to SeKeBaL Harmonie Gel in the UK and export orders are free of export taxes

Confidentiality
All credit card data is processed by a secure online merchant provider and is not disclosed to SeKeBaL Products Limited.
All other data is held securely and will not be passed on to any Third Party.
